One invitation, one link, and a guest list that keeps itself up to date. Here is what happens on each side.
If you are hosting
1. Create the invitationSign in with your email — there is no password. Add the occasion, the date and time, the place and a few words for your guests. Pick a look, add a photo if you like, and name the groups you want counted: “Adults” and “Children”, or “Under 5s” if the caterer asks.
2. Share one linkYou get one link for everyone. Paste it into your family WhatsApp group — it unfurls into a proper preview with the name, the date and the picture, not a bare web address. There is a ready-made message to send with it.
3. Watch the replies come inYour private guest list page shows who is coming, how many adults and children, the maybes, and every dietary note in one place for the kitchen. We can email you as each reply arrives, and download the list as a spreadsheet for the caterer.
4. Nudge, update, and say thank youA few days before replies close we email you a reminder with a WhatsApp nudge ready to send. Post a short update if plans change. When replies close you get the final headcount, and after the day you can leave a thank-you on the invitation.
