No. The invitation is an ordinary web page. They tap the link, answer, and they are done.
Their name, whether they are coming (yes, no or maybe), how many are coming in each group, and anything the kitchen should know. A message to you is optional.
Yes. After replying, each guest gets their own page with a link to change their answer. It keeps working after replies close, so someone who falls ill the day before can still tell you.
They can reply again from the invitation while replies are open. You will see both replies on your guest list and can tell which is current from the date.
No. Each guest sees only their own reply. The guest list is for you alone.
With your email address. We send you a link that signs you in — there is no password to remember.
Not directly. One link goes to everyone, so there is no invite list to compare against. What works is a friendly nudge in the group — your guest list page has a ready-made reminder, and we email you one a few days before replies close.
Yes. Edit the invitation and anyone opening the link sees the new details at once. People who have already replied are not told automatically, so send the link round again with a note — or post an update, which shows at the top of the invitation.
Cancel it from your guest list page. The invitation stays up and tells guests it is off, and replies close. You can undo it.
If you are signed in: one as each reply comes in or changes (you can switch these off), a reminder a few days before replies close, and the final headcount once they have. Dietary notes and messages are never in the emails; they stay on your guest list.
Yes. Download it as a spreadsheet (CSV) from your guest list page. It opens in Excel or Numbers.
Only you — through your private guest list link, or by signing in. Keep that link to yourself; it is not the one you share with guests.
They are deleted automatically 90 days after the event. When you create the invitation you can choose one month, three months, six months or a year — never longer.
Yes. Deleting an event removes it and every reply straight away. You can also delete your whole account, with all your events.
No. Invitation pages are marked so that search engines do not list them.
No cookies on invitation pages, no analytics and no advertising anywhere. A signed-in host gets one cookie, which keeps them signed in.

Yes. Every event has its own time zone, and guests always see the time where the event is. The site is in English for now.
